So some head canon mixed with some ooc balckquill.
so I feel like Simon would totally clean up that mop of a hair but to him it would be more than just cutting off his hair. He let that hair grow during his stay in prison and it, in a way, represented his stay there. So with a hair cut, it is a symbol of moving on and putting the past finally behind him. But it's still difficult to take that step.Β
Athena, has really long hair and i feel that she's been letting it grow too for those seven years. So she decides to take that step with Simon and have them both cut their hair as a symbol of moving forward together.

I really like your headcanon of them both cutting their hair as a sign of moving forward. It's really sweet and just goes to show how perfect they are for each other that they'd take each step together.
Really liking the one where Simon has his arms round Athena and is moaning about her boss's boyfriend giving him too much work. That one made me smile but yeah they are all so cute! Love them all!

Indeed! Yup I totally agree. Eyebrows are weird things anyway. We see people with them everyday, but if you ever see someone without them, it's like the strangest thing ever. Only for Simon it's working in reverse. Twisted Samurai indeed! XD

Sp cute! I always thought he would totally cut his hair for very important reasons. But I never thought Athena grew out her hair for similar reasons. Them both getting haircuts makes sense; headcanon accepted! 
And he should be allowed to smile if he wants to! Granted, probably not as much pre-prison, but just being able to move on is one big thing off his shoulder.
