It's wonderful, you did a lot of things correctly, the glasses are transparent, the blinking animation is so smooth, the anatomy is ok, it feels like pixel art, the only flaw is that the pose is kinda awkward. The colours are vibrant and exactly like the original source material, the hair looks comfortable and her eyelashes are literally bushy. The blue jeans are exactly like they are, with the pockets and the rolled up bottom part of the jeans, the shoes look perfectly mirrored. The pony tail is neatly made, there are even tiny strands of hair sticking out, that's cute. Overall it's a cute piece of pixel art that you made as a gift for her.
