Vision: Well, let's see here... this is a very simple and nice color palette! It is pleasing to the eye and helps blend the picture together!
Originality: It seems pretty original, both the pose, and the character.
Technique: A common shading mistake a lot of people here on DA make is shading something at the edge and then shading it at the other edge. It only makes the middle of the shaded part visible, and it's much better to shade using a light source.
Impact: It's a gift for your sister, or internet sister, but it doesn't matter because either way I find very sweet.
This art style is adorable! I think you should keep it!
