Here is another of a series of concept art for my "Gegege no Kitarō" fan-fic. Here is a pregnant Yumeko sharing a "feel-the-baby" moment with her beloved husband (in the fic.) Kitaro. She is pregnant with their daughter Ohana (after her grandma).

For maternity clothes, it was hard to choose a kimono or a Western-style dress. I mean since she's the wife of the infamous "Gegege no Kitarō" she might wear a traditional kimono. But it doesn't mean she could paint (ie. episode #19) and write kids' picture books, huh? As for the colors, I thought "cream" with "pastel" green with do nicely.
