Here is number 3 of "My Top 10 Favorite Underrated Cartoons." It was hard to choose shows and I thought some shows are underrated because i don't see much fan-art. Here they are:

Garfield and Friends was a beyond underrated that was where anyone knew U.S Arces. And Johnny Quest was known. I guess it flew under the radar when Scooby Doo came out.

Oh yeah! That was back when Nick Jr. had an anime back in the 80s. And it was dark and adult for most part, but still knew how to speak to kids in a meaningful way.

Yup! PRINCESS KNIGHT is a favorite Tezuka work of mine, just love Heckett because she can change into a little cute white cat at times plus she is also pretty.
