I agree with most of these characters accept for Mayor Jones.Β

As much as i do think Mayor Jones wasn't the best father, he was definitely more loving to Fred then his actual parents were.
That or it's because i may or may not have a crush on him...

My two cents:
1. Stan Smith - Right-wing conservative who is at odds with his hippie daughter and his normal-for-the-21st-century son; also married Francine for her looks
2. Peter is a dumbass who hates Meg for no reason, Quagmire runs from responsibility, Cleveland is a loveable doofus, and Tom is oblivious to his son's obvious deformity
3. Hugh Test - Effeminate, freaks out over everything, mired in the old ways, and in later seasons, shows sighns of sadism as his punishments for Johnny get more and more outlandish and illegal-sounding; seriously, I think Hugh actually hates Johnny and secretly wants him dead
4. All of the worst fathers in The Simpsons - You summed it up right there
5. Cotton Hill - Hates Hank for no reason, is a total douche to Peggy, and also a total sexist prick; no wonder the only ones he likes are Bobby and Dale
6. Mayor Jones - Fraud; that is all
7. Barty Blake - Unsupportive douche who suckles on the nipple of Capitolism
8. Denethor - Never saw the movies, so I can't comment
9. Mr. Turner - GOOD GOD! Someone call child services on these parents! They're idiotic, oblivious, even abusive! THEY. NEED. TO. BE. TAKEN. AWAY.
10. King George - Again, never seen Once Upon a Time, so no coment

Stupid characters can be funny, but when it gets to the point that's all they're good for, then it just gets to be really...well, stupid. Especially concerning Patrick Star from SpongeBob Squarepants.

I don't get how are Mayor "Jones" and Bartly "Blank" are even Fred and Daphne's fathers.
What was wrong with these ones:
Fred's father from "Scooby-Doo Pirates Ahoy": [link] That one was more believable and likable to be Fred's real father.
And Daphne's father from "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo"? He might've been a bit of a snob, but he's still a nice guy, and he was the one that gave the gang the money to by their iconic van.

Barty Blake isn't really a bad dad, he's just rich. Stupidly-rich... And he has 6 kids total, and they seem fine (to an extent).
Also, Mayor Jones is NOTHING compared to Fred's real parents. He actually helped the gang hide a piece of the disk from Brad and Judy when they came looking for it. Have you seen Brad and Judy? They tried to kill their own son with a missile in "The Horrible Herd," just for the treasure pieces! In fact, I salute Mayor Jones for taking Fred away from his parents. Lord forbid them to be the one teaching Fred the difference between Good and Bad.
