Description i don't have any additions to the theory for Suzie, either =^= she's dressed in black + holding a rose because she's at the funeral. i think thats clear? hopefully.

Susie was the only friend Angelica had and who was entertained by her stories of the babies. After Angelica's death from a drug-overdoes, Susie took the stories that entertained her as a child and used them to create "The Rugrates."
