Pram è la sorella gemella di Buggy.
Lei e Buggy erano figli di un clown acrobata da un circo itinerante.

Seguiva con interesse un nuovo gruppo di ribelli del governo mondiale, i Rivoluzionari.
Un giorno, arrivarono in una città dove risiedevano i draghi celesti.
Fomentato dai discorsi dei rivoluzionari, stanco della vita di stenti che faceva per colpa dei soprusi dei più forti, era diventato sempre meno allegro e semplice.
Anche i suoi spettacoli rispecchiavano questo cambiamento, toccando sempre più temi sociali.
Infine fece uno spettacolo dove insultava, in maniera velata, i draghi celesti; questi mandarono, il giorno stesso, dei rappresentati del governo, per arrestarlo, e da allora nessuno lo vide più.
Buggy e Bulle tentarono di andare avanti da soli con poco successo.
Qualcosa di orribile accadde hai due gemellini tanto da spingere Buggy a scappare per sempre dalla sorella, abbandonandola e vivendo di stenti, fino all'incontro con Rayleigh che lo prese sulla nave di, Roger.
Buggy cresciuto pensa spesso alla sorella, e mentre lui fu accolto sulla nave del futuro Re dei Pirati, Belle fu presa sotto l'ala di Emporio Ivankov, futura comandate dei rivoluzionari.
