So here is my Naruto RPC, Sakuro. I haven't decided on her last name yet, so if you have any suggestions please comment!!Base:

She's wearing a tube top and a short skirt. What about that strikes you as normal ninja attire? Also Sakuro is literally ONE letter away from Sakura...

Her clothes are a little to revealing to be a ninja. You could make her skirt short shorts and give her some fish net or wrappings. Could you comfortably fight or run in that?

Firstly, just because she's shy doesn't mean she's not confident with her body. Secondly, which part of her outfit doesn't fit the tutorial which you linked to me? She's not wearing tight jeans, heels or school uniform. She doesn't have animal parts for decoration. Her design does not copy anything obviously from the canon characters.
The colour of the clothes is based off the typical uniform and free clothing that I have seen in the anime. I don't spot any modern aspects and large weapons which aren't suitable for normal OCs in the Narutoverse.
Finally, even though the tutorial is about suitable clothing for an OC, you don't have to follow it - ~NuttyNuti wrote in the Artist's Comments that "It's up to you if you want to use them or not."
So before you tell me that my OC has to be dressed to fit the Narutoverse, why don't you tell me what you find unsuitable about her outfit first?

If you really want a suggestion, I suggest a name that's not so close to the name of an existing Naruto character.

How about Haruna? JK. (Sakura-Sakuro) Maybe Nonki? I don't know your character's personality, but nonki means optimistic, carefree, or reckless. If your character is like that, you can use that name.

Lol, Sakuro is more quiet and shy (kind of like Hinata) but once you get to know her she can be a BIT violent >^^< eg. hitting her stupid friends and stuff.
