Thanks a lot! It sure does you room for detail. I was inspired by Dreamwave's multi-page covers and thought I want to do one too. I just colour printed the four A3 panels the other day and I'm really happy. All those 80-100 hrs were worth it

Ok my thoughts to start off with two words "Great Cybertron!" You have have drawn the perspective and characters positioned well. I really like how you have drawn in features and ideas in the picture, such as Buzzsaw projecting the hologram image, the interesting Matrix design Megatron is dangling, Laserbeak's trail of thrusters as he ejects out of Soundwave.
The colouring in is your style and came out very nicely, I like it because it is light and soft which brings out the line work and details. I like the hologram image having a channelling reception effect going through from top to bottom. Most of all my favourite is the optics glowing love it how they're all shining which brings out the Decepticon evilness! Great effort and congratulations on a excellent picture!

so envious of your drawing AND colorings! this piece came together great. I love the lighting effects- and its neat that the image from buzzsaw is reversed- did take me a second to realize it was reversed from being seen behind.
I also like how the viewed image is bright colored, whereas the other is darker- nice play with opposite color schemes there.

the only thing that slightly bother me- and it could just be my personal opinion- all the lense flare type stuff for the eyes. I can only see it in he extreme full view, but once I see it, it irks me. I know their eyes prolly light out- but when i just looked at the light ( and hurt my eyes lol) I didnt see any of that stuff. Please dont be mad- must be the art college crit coming out- but I feel it starts to 'blur' out & distract the detail in the characters faces that are smaller.

But its such an awesoem piece. your hard work paid off!

Thanks for the comment! Lol, all good about the crit on the lens flare! I guess it's a matter of taste... I have seen other Transformers artists use it and I liked it. But I agree, it can be a fine line

good- i am always kind of afraid to say stuff- but I was sure you were cool with it. It never hurts to have input of another ones views. I guess i seen worse use of the lens flare, so you have those peeps to thank fo rit irking me...LOL

Lol - yeah it can certainly be over done - I try for subtle, but you're right, too much and it distracts the eye from the detail of the painting. Unfortunately I flattened the image (it was getting over 500Mb!) so I can't adjust them anymore. I totally agree - it is healthy to receive constructive criticism and only improves your art in the long run!
