I colored this using Photoshop CS6 and a mouseI'm sorry for the low resolution image, it was one of the terms I agreed to in order to color this.

nice coloring job, I like how the dragon is coming out of the clouds/mist.
It's a little thing but I think the red glow coming from the dragons mouth would have reflected a little on the rocks below it's chin and maybe even a little on it's hand.
Overall, great piece.
