Oh how i so love this portrait. There are very strange auras surrounding this quintessential image of imagination. The Mistress reminds me very much of a highly street-wise, very disenchanted Prophetess of some kind. Like the real Fairy GodMother that would show up for Cinderella and tell her, "Big, red ball of string is all i got for ya' kid, unless you would like to share a cigarette"
