Description I sketched this long ago when she became Ramsey’s wife. From this era, I was expecting her to survive in the end… And now she has won the Game of Thrones. My feels are complicated, because I was dissapointed when she didn’t stand up for Jon. His rights to rule mattered to her only when Mother of Dragons was alive… Through the gossip behind Deny’s back, she became the Queen. (Thumbs up for Littlefinger’s heiress)

What do you think about brand new Queen in the North? 🤔 Is she a true leader and noble ruler?

Sansa is now one Stark that must be in Winterfell.

Bran became the King of Westeros, Arya went to the traveling.

I was disappointed in the overall development of Sansa. Yes, she became stronger and wiser, but we never saw her talent in action. The fight among the sisters was shown off screen with the writers later on saying that Bran was the only one who prevented Sansa from condemning her sister (which is pretty much bull crap, Sansa KNEW Arya, she knew Arya had never wanted to wear her dresses or be a lady, she should have seen through her blatant lies) I was really hoping for them to have been using something to communicate themselves all that time but no, Sansa was about to kill her sister (Hells, even fanfics captured that moment of "OMFG the Stark sisters are confronting one another and it's so beautiful" way better than people being paid in order to get that moment right).

When they ended the winter battle I fully expected Sansa to do something, even manipulating her sister and the hound to stay was a very good option, I was expecting a heart breaking moment between the Stark siblings, I was expecting Sansa to stop Danny from toasting in her sister's name because Arya is her freaking sister. But nope, just, nope. The Stark kids were like planks of wood when it came to any type of emotions after season 6, Sansa didn't manipulate anyone to strengthen the north or at least rest after the battle and she didn't even keep her sworn shield with her as queen of the north.

Not to mention she told her uncle to sit down (wth) and even after accepting that the pack survived she allowed her pack to become lone wolves.

That among many other things.

Either way, I love this pic, have a fave!

My greatest disappointment with the GoT series is she didn't die.

"I was dissapointed when she didn’t stand up for Jon. His rights to rule mattered to her only when Mother of Dragons was alive…"

When did Sansa ever care for her family? She always wanted one thing and only one thing: to be (a) Queen. We see it as early as season 1 after the Butcher's Boy incident, when she lied and blamed Arya for what had happened. Then in Season 3, after two and a half seasons of abuse by Joffrey, she still shows disappointment when she doesn't get to marry him. In season 6, she uses Rickon as a leverage to get Jon to attack Winterfell, only to then reveal that Rickon doesn't even matter to her. And she withholds the Vale Army and lets Jon storm into the fray without it as backup. Why? Why would she let her brother run into that battle without even telling him about the Vale backup? That's either utterly nonsensical, or we have to assume that she hoped for him to die before she brings in the Vale Army, because then she'd be the only one left with a claim to Winterfell. It also explains the extremely weird interactions between Sansa and Arya in Season 7. And then in Season 8, it becomes bloody obvious - particularly in the last episode, where she has the North secede from the Seven Kingdoms even though they already have a Stark as king. Don't get me wrong, I like Sansa a lot, and she went through stuff no one should go through - but she is not and never was the pure, innocent little girl people see her as.

I would have rather had Sansa become the queen of the seven kingdoms rather than northern independence. Doesn’t make sense for Bran to become king and for the north to leave despite a Stark ruling Westeros.

this!
but they just wanted a happy ending for the starks:
Bran rules Westeros,
Sansa is Queen in the North,
Jon could now just start his own kingdom in "the real North",
even Arya is Captain and got her own little "Kingdom on the Waves"
