i'm pretty sure thats because zero was initally supposed to be a girl. XD hence the green cells on his chest from the X series... and the long blonde hair.. if u think about it.. he resembles roll... XDDD

You're right about Ciel being a human,
the only sad thing in Megaman Zero is that
Zero doesn't know about Ciel's true feelings
for him...for example, she IS in love with him,
even though Zero's a reploid.
But it's an outstanding pic of Ciel you've done here, J8d!

I think he knows. He just doesn't do anything about it because;
A) Trying to have a romantic relationship would get in the way of their mission.
Or,
B) He knows that he leads a dangerous life & won't survive to see the end of the war & doesn't want Ciel to get her heart broken when his time comes.
