Sigh, it hurts, I know it does, but then again that is our society. People don't realise that the people who were true individuals like us changed the world. They never realise until it is to late. It is just ignorance, prove them wrong. Judging by your art, you can go somewhere, really you incorperate your own style into it. I do the same thing, art schools and such look for that type of thing. Keep it up, prove them wrong by going somewhere with your art.

Oh well nevermind then, I remember going through that too.. I wish people would do research on sub cultures... Goth is not a label but a lifestyle or style. I dress in a goth/punk/candy goth style otherwise known as whatever the eff I want ^_^. As a very nice teacher was told me "Normal is only a setting on your washing machine." lol and you are not a can of produce... May I ask are you in middle school (junior high) or high school?

I love this, not only because it shows you at your most vulnerable, but because it's very very well done. I got to admit how Im proud of ya, how you continue to improve at a quick pace and how each time you upload something it shows how you've improved by leaps and bounds.
I especially love the level of detail here on the clothing and the folds, how it looks like it was done painstakingly slow but deliberate, which make me appreciate the effort involved in it.
Want a few idea's on how to improve?

For starters. What tools do you use? Looks like the quality of your markers are improving a lot, like yiou went from crayola to about Prisma marker level. Depending on the markers I might have suggestions.
Now, secondly, I think you need to focus on filling up the page a little more, especially with a background. Your characters are starting to get a lot more indepth and detailed, filling them out well with what I like to think your wearing (partly because it would be cute
