The first one on the preview picture is a TODO icon for .
He asked (first comment-> [link] ) if I would make a "TODO mime type" icon for him. (icon in Gnome for files with the name TODO, similarly to the others e.g: README, AUTHORS, INSTALL, COPYING, ChangeLog, etc. )
The last one on the preview picture is a css MIME icon for simple css files in Gnome. It's based on my CSSED icon.([link] )

What file template did you use? Gnome-icon-theme trunk? I recommend tracking up the Mango file template.

Probably, because it doesn't match the "new" gnome-icon-theme or Hi-Res. But very similar, looks pretty and works perfectly.

Can you please tell me how I would be able to do the same in my OS? (Ubuntu 8.10)

I used this: [link] on my Ubuntu 8.10 install. Just replaced the mime type they added with my custom tex/x-todo.
