The rainbow effect is very eye catching, along with the plain white background and ripple effect of the "hair".
Plus the negative space around him resembles an arrow flowing in the same direction.
However I have to agree with the other guy, doesn't look like a Wyvern. Way to majestic.Β

Wyverns are primitive dragons with a very low brain capacity, and have a tail equipped with a stinger., and typically has no breath weapon.
In short, calling this a Wyvern is an insult to its true greatness.
