Sure Tsunade had Dan but that is first love, love of a pure girl, and then there was Jiraya, who loved her her whole life, never really together but she knew that he had place in her heart as much as she loved Dan,she loved Jiraya too.
I cryied like a little baby when he died...not fair....

I like this! I like Tsunade/Jiraiya as a couple also, and was sad that they didn't get together.
In this drawing, Jiraiya's nose and the shape of Tsunade's face are a bit off. However, I *love* the shading, Tsunade's eyes and Jiraiya's red marks. His hair also is well done.
Just a critique; I like your work and I think it will only get better.

Tsunade looks like one of those women from back in the early films of Hollywood's Golden Age. Maybe it's the black and white coloring... Either way it gives the picture more of a classic and movie like feel to it.

Sad and beautiful.
Unlike in those other stories, in this one the Princess and the Frog do not get their happily ever after.

now that reminds me...i wonder if he's going to come back to life with the new war?o3o
but marvelous job on this! especially the shading. and i will say, the red really does make it sort of the focal point of the picture. kinda neat compared to the mono...(crap, forgot the word.XD) gray/black/white.:3
