I'd imagine that Jacques, when in his rockabilly persona, slowly goes through the process of coming out of shell and becoming more sociable than he normally is at the office. I'd imagine at first, he's just kind of seen as a quiet guy in whatever dive bar he hangs out in, but I'm sure he's slowly growing into being a more chill regular - though one with low tolerance for thugs and goons, especially the Rat Pack Gang. Though, since he scares them away after a while, a lot of people grow to like them.

Cue Wendy Longstep, a local at Onyxhill and a school teacher. She's a regular face in the community and she would be determined to not go home tonight without a dance with the pig who's making the streets safer for her students.
