Interesting title given the connotations. Though the subject does give off a kind of creepy aura doesn't he? It is an interesting concept for the photo because he is clearly casually observing the people around him, but then there is you capturing him on film. You are literally observing the observer and that might be why he feels so off. The man so used to being overlooked has become the subject and it creates and intriguing image. It makes you want to know more about him and what lead him to sit there, on his bike, in his trench coat, just watching people.
Composition wise it is very well done. The smattering of people and activity in the upper corner gives us a hint to what he was looking at while not taking away from him. The photo also shows how isolated he is, because he is so far back from the main walkways. I really like this, thanks for allowing me to critique it.
