Thank you so much for your kind words about my photo.
I was all there i just look and take the photo, the Vatican is a masterpiece everything is wow and a lot of possibilities to photograph architecture and people.
As an architect i really like to make architecture photos, but i really love human photography like this one also in the Vatican, five minutes apart

You know, it's so awesome and intense to see other people taking pictures of the same object / building - I stood there too and made photos, and yet you captured a completly diffent scene than me!

Nice symmetry capture. I know it's hard to do that well hand-held. A problem I have is: I line everything up, but when I press the shutter button something get shifted off, and it takes many attempts. Maybe I'm just clumsy.
There's a lot of DoF for F3.5, but I guess that's what 14mm (full-frame) gives you.

I love the colour here - a stark contrast between gold and silver - which has produced a particularly fetching shade of blue-grey in between.

What an amazing cupola this is José... the finest architects, the finest builders and the finest "decorators"... and the end result? Perfection! Forget religion - artistically this is wonderful... as is your capture of this magnificence!!
