It is a stunning picture, a wonderful golden structure with these kind of propellers (I don't know the proper word) up in the middle. You have such an eye!

It's glowing from within, like a lantern. I don't think it's only another building, I think it's unique. It's the creativity of someones mind that has become reality.

I'm sure there are many WOW buildings in Tokyo. It must be the Mecca for architects and I understand that it is "another building" in that context.
