Bio:
An evil sorcerer who consumes plants with unknown origins. Originally thwarted by having most of his magic sealed by the Grand Supreme Kai with the help of South Supreme Kai. He was kept imprisoned by the Galactic Patrol for 10 million plus years as they were unable to kill him. Later escaping with the help of Cranberry, he sought the Namekian Dragon Balls to restore his full magic abilities. After regaining his magic and absorbing a substantial amount of planets and energy he regained his full youth and vigor.

Note: I got all the base forms for now. His 73 absorption, I'm doing as a separate page all together. Because that's not really regular Moro, its him with another beings power. Maybe in the future I'll add him to this list
