Description
Here's another character portrait for the upcoming comic; the initial concept for a character named Leilani. She's the elite personal guard of a minor lord in the empire the story takes place in.Though it's still somewhat under discussion, I think Infaela and I have agreed that bathing should be considered not only good manners in this particular culture, but almost ceremonial in its importance. So, I placed her by the bath.
Done in Photoshop 7.

Tinkered with the anatomy of her arm. Submitted a (properly sized) version to Epilogue's galleries again. Hopefully things will turn out better this time. ^^ Thanks for all of the comments~

This peice has forced me through the years to find more of the same style.. love the very cartoony but at the same time very very real majestic feel. can't find anything that approaches the level of this piece
