you know what is really awesome on this pice,
you really see that it is drawn with pencils, you see the great texture, but it still looks really real O.o

Hello there! That's a pretty nice self portrait. I really like the fact that you went for a black/white approach here. Because of this, though, it becomes important to note that you didn't push the values far enough, meaning a starker contrast between brighter and darker areas in the face. That would have made the portrait even more outstanding. Hope that helps!

Looks good overall. You seem to be operating with very soft shades and various shading styles here. I'd bump a contrast a little bit stronger in some editing application because it appears bland on my screen, but maybe it's just me and my screen.

I really like the shading around the cheekbones and nose. It's almost slightly blocky, so it gives the face this really cool kind of statue-like quality.

I Like the contrast and classic use of media you did there, well done. I just think it would look better if you shaded or outlined around the eyes a bit so they appear more but it still looks great!
