You just use the patterns bottom half to sew trousers, sew them on and get another piece of fabric. Then you cut holes and put it on like a coat, put his tie on (I used ribbon for his tie and tied it just like s normal one), sew up the front, leaving a gap for his tie to show, cut off the extra and if you need to, just sew some little sleeves

now that's a hard one XD i started off (because i'm lazy) by making his body black so i didn't have to worry about his trousers, then i put a little square of white fabric on his chest to be his shirt, made a little tie and put it on him, made a little robe that fit all the way around him and sewed it up at the front and sewed sleeves on
