No, it is not. It is 'just' a photo.

You dont need to be that defensive for your photo, it looks bad. I simply asked a question and I dont believe that I offended you in any way.
If you check the man on the right, there is an issue with the shadows: there are not any. There is also some strange pixeling on his foot. The whole figure seems a little bit out of place. So this made me ask you the question. Anyway.

I see your point, and I never felt offended by it. I was just a bit surprised with the question, as I avoid messing the galleries/categories.
I simply like to explain any doubts about my photos. Pixelated area is there indeed, probably unnoticed product of technological faults of software - it is the border of dark and bright areas, with high contrast (and much fill light). A fault of my post-processing inly, it is, then.
