This is Ming Chao from my favorite manga series 'Et Cetera' by Nagazaki Tow. It's a very funny series about this girl and the strange gun called the 'Eto Gun' that her grandfather left her. The gun can fire a bullet based on any of the animals of the Chinese Zodiac. You have to have something from the animal like a snake scale or tiger fur to make that bullet. There are a lot of people after the gun. She's sort of a silly, absent-minded girl. (I don't think I gave her the right expression. She looks to tough)

Also, I'm happy to say that Tokyo Pop will be bringing the comic to America sometime this summer, so you should read it when it comes out. You'll like it. ^__^ I want to be just like Benkayte when I grow up. Baskerville is a cool character too (My favorite) I'll do some fanart of those folks later.

The picture itself was drawn quickly and coloured off and on over the past few days. I tried to go for more cell-style shading on Ming Chao. I like the background, even though it's cheap. The Eto gun is kind of funky looking and hard to draw. My favorite part is the belt, I think. I'm getting a little better at hands (Though I still suck at them)
