This series sills holds up as one of my favourite games, no matter what. Even if the games have been re-released many times, I'm still a fan.
However, I still haven't played Daxter (cause I've never owned a PSP in my life), and The Lost Frontier (yes, I know how much bad feedback that game got from fans).

Me too! Jak and Daxter will always be one of my favourite games. And eh, I never played TLF either, I just watched the cutscenes on youtube. It was bad, dude. So bad. I reccommend giving Daxter a try if you ever get the chance, though--it's a fun little game.

Love the color in this drawing. What kind of brushes do you use? The effect is something almost ephemeral.

Thank you so much! I just used a custom pen brush in sai (actually made out of a paint brush preset I think), and flatted it like normal. Then I overlayed an ink texture like this one .

But it's just the same the same games , with nothing to add , plus I want something fresh . At least Crash Bandicoot released his old games with gorgeous graphics , fixed issues like bonus levels in Crash 1 and saving progress , even added Coco as playable character . When I saw all this , I know that VV team truly cared , and were of the issues with Crash 1 , so they tried their best to fix them .

I know dude, I just mean it's a sign that somebody knows there's still a market for Jak stuff out there. There's plenty of old ps2 classics that have been left in the past.
Who knows, maybe some day we'll get a new game that isn't as much of a trainwreck as TLF. But until then I'm thankful for what we've got.
