Description A coloured version of spiderman, original art by pattyp77 [link]

Had a go at colouring some very strong lighting with this one, came out pretty well if i say so myself The shadows could be a little better but that's something i'll work on in future projects.

good solid form and figure , this is very good anatomicall and in concept and in execution.
to note though i can appreciate the concept and understand what you were aiming for it feels too washed out
would say theres some shadows where light should and light where shadow should be
and i dig that you made him cast a figure appropiate shadow in such overwhelming light..
nicely done.. it just needs a small tweak but well done
i would say look up something like chiaroscuro or something like that when you have time

Thanks for the feedback, you've no idea how much I appreciate it! Now you've brought it up I see what you mean about the placing of some light and shadows, I think I'll correct those later today.

Thanks!

no prob - it takes time to learn how to see and relate what you see even in your mind
and to quote a tom & jerry artist "if you can imagine it , you can draw it"

not to be critical but if you have time watch some youtube or check my tutorial gallerys on light and color theory they have some great information
