Been playing some FFX (final fantasy 10) and felt guilty about not studying so i stopped and paused a few times to do a quick speed paint of the environments, hopefully more of these to come they are very fun and i prefer to do it this way rather than a screen grab as i cant colour pick, forcing me to focus on the colours more.
They're only quick, around 40mins maybe.

Oh yes i found it tough to get the colours correct on these, i usually use the eyedropper tool but i drew these straight from my ps2, so i had to do it by eye.

I updated them a bit now, added a bit more depth to the Luca one and then upped the contrast and brightness of the otehr two so they stand out more

Thank you! These were really quick, which i think helps the textures appear a i wasnt bothered about making them perfect n clean, i really want to do more though, its just a bit of fun :'D

It is! its easily my favourite game, everything about it just draws you in and you get really involved with it, which i think is great :3

I can see why it's your favorate game! c: It's so pretty at times~ Specialy the places and stuff. It feels more free as well. I love getting to learn different things and stuff and see your character progressing. :'D

well heres one of my old ones [link] its not too bad, but its just really flat and boring xD yes! I love it :3 Its also amazing how the game is about 10 years old now, yet i still dont think its really outdated, which is impressive :'D
Ah yeh they are really cool, theres some really crazy and interesting monsters throughout the final fantasy games, i think finalfantasy 7 was the weirdest, it had house monsters n things.. very random xD But i must say my favourite monster from the series must be the different versions of the Behemoth [link] :3

Yes its nuts isn't it? Its amazing how good a lot of the games are from that sorta time, considering their age. Haha yup the behemoth is one of those monsters who in every one of the FF games you really want to avoid. xD

It's amazing how good they are! It makes the new ones seem a little slow... specialy to me. But then again, I guess you can't have it all~
I'm in for the story any way. I couldn't care about graphics. ;u;

I agree 100% there, the story of FFX is waht makes me replay it every few months, i love it. You get so involved with it, and even though i've finished it around 5 times now i still get hooked and wanting to keep playing.

Do they? damn my memories bad D: aren't they on all 4s in FFX though? or maybe i'm just getting confused xD ahah i do agree, i havnt really had the patient to play it again this time though that could be to do with being really busy with art related things, but i still get sucked in when i turn it on and play around. I think you may revisit it a few times during the next few years.. its just too good
