Okay, so I just binge-read this whole comic, and let me just say that this is easily one of my favorite comics that I've read on DA. I especially love the ending. It's one of those endings where no one wins. Kaz and Arkus died, and Sammi lost her best friend. It was a really creative end to the comic. It wasn't a cliche ending where everyone gets to live happily ever after. Anyway, I just wanted to say that this was a really well-written story.

I really love this ending. It's not all sunshine and lollipops and ends with Kaz's death leaving the reader to decide what happens next. (Even though I say this I hate cliffhangers since I like having a ending that ties everything together.)

Honestly, at first when I started reading this, I was tempted to stop because of the art. But, the plot was more than compensating, so I continued. Then, I find myself here, all the conflict not yet determined, the art improved, and myself at a cliff edge, where the ending is at the bottom with so much fog. Great work though, the plot was solid, and the art improved as time went on. Kudos to you!

Can you just tell me that Arkus did die because he need to, I hate him. Other wise, good comic besides Arkus who made me hate him the whole way, I was pissed at him the ENTIRE time.

1. Sammi kills Arkus, becomes Queen, and makes peace with the scale-wings
2. Sammi kills Arkus, becomes Queen, and the war with the scale-wings continues
3. Sammi kills Arkus and someone else becomes Queen or King
4. Sammi and Arkus both die; Launa becomes Queen of both tribes, and there is peace
5. Sammi and Arkus both die; someone else becomes Queen or King of the feather-wings; the war continues
6. Arkus kills Sammi and becomes King
7. Arkus kills Sammi but is executed by feather-wings and someone else becomes Queen or King
8. Almost everyone dies in the battle; the survivors join into one tribe
9. Almost everyone dies; the survivors go their separate ways

i really like what you did with this ending. definitely strayed away from the cliches by kaz not getting some sort of redemption, and some good irony with his cause of death being the torn throat. overall it was really nice to see a story where when the protag says theyre not ready to be a leader, they mean it, and the consequences of thrusting that kind of responsibility on them do in fact end up more negative than good.
anyway, i know this is late but congrats on finishing! cant wait for hellbound!!
