Zuko Iroh and Zhao meeting their others halfs, I think Iroh is pleased!
So I finailly saw the movie and it was meh... I dont think any fan actually liked it which is too bad really. There were some parts that I liked though which I plan to do some stuff on lol. To put it simpily I thought it would be fun to try this! Also this is the first time I've ever drawn Zhao! How did I do?

Even if he only did a slightly passable impression of Animated Iroh, Movie Iroh still had more likeability than a lot of the cast.
Whether or not Animated Iroh just has that much awesome in him to bring a movie portrayal to life I have no idea.

See I did not mind that there were going to be huge changes because all movies take liberty with that when making a movie based on a show. But I just really do not like M.Night. Only characters I felt engaging or just likable from a movie goer's point of view instead of a fan was Iroh and Yue (even though she barely got any screen time). That movie could have been way better. The fire source thing was interesting but why did none of them ever put out the freaking fire? Plus I thought it was ridiculous it took like five earth benders to move one small boulder. Some of the characters too seemed too boring or over the top like with that library thing.

Normally I can make myself separate movie adaptations from the original series because I understand why some changes have to happen but with this one it was like he was purposely changing everything trying to make it his and I think I kinda felt insulted on the shows behalf or something. Just changing the way the names were pronounced was enough for me to just... ugh.

Same on that. One of the reasons he changed the race of the fire nation was to have the actor who played Zuko play the character. I think he was from that movie Slumdog Millionare

I do like the actor, but changing everyone to fit into looking like him was just messed up. It just didn't make sense

I didn't even see the movie, but after seeing all of the trailers for it, I knew it wasn't gonna be a good one. But at least we still have the original avatar still showing on tv

It`s kinda funny but I like the movie Iroh as much as the original one,maybe becuase he`s younger and I have a thing for handsome men with long hair...
Movie Zuko and movie Zhao look really dull,original Zuko is WAY better than that ugly wannabe.

I went to see this movie in theaters on opening night with my best friend (who, like me, is an Avatard) and my dad, and all 3 of us hated it with a passion! My best friend even went as far as to say it was the worst movie he'd ever seen in his entire life!
