Jack Brightburn was originally known as Jack von Archlight, the Founding Patriarch of the Archlight Family as well as the Ancestor to Rinette Amelie von Archlight . Apparently during his first "Life", he found an intriguing Temple called the Temple of Life, which housed a powerful Blessing known as Regeneration. Which apparently has the power to regrow lost limbs, strong enough to punch through diamond & can heal the User and Multiple People at the same time & much faster than the Healing Blessing. However there was a side effect that if a person dies then Regeneration would give them a new Healthy Body, granted have the same Memories but have a completely different personality. He realized this when he went first Regeneration into his new life when his Wife didn't recognize him. He didn't want to bring more Pain, so from now on he went by the name Jack Brightburn & became a protector of the Kingdom in Secret. But he keeps track on the current Monarchy as well as the Archlight Family to keep them safe. For the past few Centuries, Jack had 6 Regenerations after his First Life and has saved the Kingdom of Trisdain from Countless Threats. Though not always alone as he always travels with a Companion or 2 during his Adventures, he's made many friends of which several left at times, some move on, while some he failed to save. During the time after his First Regeneration, he sought an Oracle to find out how long this will last. Of which he was shown his Final Moments when he chooses a successor. Centuries later he meets his successor a young boy no more than 11 Years old known as Kanan , Jack promised his Mother that he would keep him safe since both despite their ages are seasoned Adventurers. For the past 2 Years, the two of them have gone on Countless Adventures, even helping him with one of his Promotion Exams causing Kanan to be promoted to Rank C. Unfortunately, during their last quest together, the two of them encountered a Death Stalker, a creature that if it kills you then your body disintegrates. Kanan slayed the beast, however Jack was stabbed & the poison was flowing through his veins as they speak that not even Regeneration could save him. Though Jack told Kanan it was fine since after his first Regeneration, he sought an Oracle about how long this would last. Of which she showed him when his final days would come which led to this moment. Jack lived a long & fantastic life protecting the Kingdom, but even he knows when his time would come. So even when Kanan cried for his Mentor, Jack assured him that as long as he lives on then that's all that matters. He also gave him his Gate Key & the Map so he can get back home. But during his Final Moments, he said & did 3 things to Kanan. The First was bestowing the Power of Regeneration to Kanan, though if Kanan dies it won't change him since he didn't want him to live a lonely life like he did. The second is though he already has a grave in the Royal Cemetary, he wanted Kanan to place a tombstone on Shivers Point (a Cliffside pointing at the Sunrise & Sunset). And the third is most important, take good care of Rinette. Of which Kanan promises he would, and Jack smiled as he was disappearing. When Jack opened his eyes, he see's a cloudy area & he returned to his Original Form. Of which he was reunited with his Family & his former Companions in Heaven. However, one was missing, causing him to realize she's not here yet, but he will also wait for her when that time comes.
