Mr. Whiskers = Sauron (Marvel Comics)
King Candy/Turbo = Sugou Nobuyuki/Fairy King Oberon (Sword Art Online)
Prince Hans = Lotor (Voltron: Legendary Defender)
Yokai = Adrian Toomes/Vulture (Spider-Man: Homecoming)
Dawn Bellwether = Gwen Grayson/Sue Tenny/Royal Pain (Sky High)
Te Kā = Vaatu (Legend of Korra)

Actually Gentleman Ghost should be on the left and the other guy on the right if you think about it year-wise. The same for Moana and The Legend of Korra villain
