What are you reproducing though? You're taking someone else's design of an original character, made as a gift for a friend originally, and claiming the character design as your own original character. Dick move. You did not reference. The lines match up nearly perfectly.
You are plagiarizing, and just admitting you plagiarized by giving the link to what you copied. Go talk to the original artist to see if he's OK with this, please.

Kaira is not a canon character, nor is it a name given in the original artwork, nor the filename of what you linked. You named the girl in the image, which was copied design-for-design, your own "OC", Kaira. That is called plagiarism.

To stop responding with what reads like very thin excuses and recognize that yes, whether you intended to or not, you plagiarized someone's fan character, and more importantly, their artwork. Also, quit tracing "referencing" or reproducing. Create your own art.
But I've contacted the artist myself about this and we'll see what happens whenever he sees the message.

It is possible that this artist looked at the picture then drew it by hand then traced his/her own drawing from paper and only took the color and pose. Just saying

... I've never blocked you. You blocked me, so if you can't respond to one of my comments by that account, just like how I can't respond to you with that account now, that's probably why.
If you open this artwork and then the original, it's quite clearly traced from the original, not referenced. The lines and entire design match up far too much. This is why I suggested contacting the original artist to see if he was OK with it: this has taken his friend's original character design and named it as their own original character; it's a complete copy of something that was a gift for a friend. Kind of... not cool.
