Blinky in-universe sadly never became as popular as say Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny and Popeye. So an actual reboot would probably not make much sense. But in the event the it DID happen, here's what he would probably look like. I wanted to aim for a more simplified CalArts look while still staying true to his original rubberhose roots.This was actually made for a final college project. But I really liked the idea so I made it into something postable.
