I know we were all thinking the same thing when we heard about the Pirates of the Caribbean movie: "Johnny Depp action figure."
Alas, I have found no such merchandise available anywhere. The closest I've come is a shirt with the teaser poster picture on it at Hot Topic, and - let's face it - as nice as that skeleton looks, clutching the ship's wheel, he's no Johnny Depp.
So. I know this great little place that'll silkscreen shirts, and I decided to take things into my own hands.
Thus, this little painting here was born. It's a combonation acrylic/coloured pencil/pastel piece, and I am very excited to take it in tomorrow and make my shirt. ::grins::

I have this poster!! WOO! I would totally wear this shirt. Actually, I'd get it made into a really BIG shirt and probably wear as PJs. By the way, dunno if you're still looking for action figures, but they have them at teh disney store. They do not doThe Great Hotness justice, though.

That's amazing. I love it! It looks quite realistic. I like the way the firey backround is reflected off the water (the water looks wonderful too). I just love anything Johnny, but your picture is surely top-notch quality. I want a shirt too...lol

This would be an awesome deviation if you truly created that image, but you didn't. I have alredy seen this image on official sites, not to mention it is one of the pictures they use in PotC quizzes on Quizzila.com And do not try to tellme you copied the drawing using acrylics, etc. I can't believe no one else has seen this photo before. That blows my mind. -shakes head sadly-
