I hate to be a smartmouth, but he is a she or an it. The Omega Care Unit is nothing more than a suit on Anti Mobius made by Kintboer (Anti-Robotnik) to be able to keep Buns (Anti-Bunny) from her NIDS fully infecting her any further, making her able to move around without limb replacements, robotization (They don't have anything like that on Moebius/Anti Mobius). Other than that, both shoulders have a peace sign, but eh, it's your work, I guess.
