Description This illustration was inspired by Emilie Autumn's song "Dead is the New Alive". The title is actually a line from the song. I wanted to portray a never ending love, a devotion that extends beyond death.

That is fantastic! I love the concept, so romantic and beautiful. It is a little -- okay, a LOT -- creepy, but at the same time you can understand how the woman feels... Never wanting to leave her love, even though he has "left" her.

Nice drawing! The dress is fantastic.

This reminds me of the story called A Rose for Emily. It's a wonderfully creepy story I like this!! You should read the story!

This reminds me of the ending to THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME by Victor Hugo (the book, not the Disney movie).
Good job!
