I like Wolford.
I think he's the most intelligent and clever out of all the wolves in the movie, as well as his fellow officers (probably even Nick and Judy combined). Because really, when being assigned to an undercover mission at the end of the movie, he dressed up in a full-body sheep suit, while his partners Snarlof and Higgins only wore ONE SINGLE ARTICLE OF CLOTHING (Snarlof wore a green baseball cap, while Higgins wore a fake mustache). The sheep costume even looked incredibly convincing.
Wolford may actually be my favorite, out of all the background characters.

Actually, Delgato is the name of the tiger. The creators cleared up all the names of the police officers. It was so confusing at first.
