Looks like Chris Mclean acknowledged Mantis's belief that training can happen anywhere, so he decided to challenge Mantis and Cricket into one of his deadliest "training sessions." An acid pit with his pal Larry. Now even they can take the most silliest thing like an amusement park and a lovely cafe, I headcanon that Mantis sometimes had to cross the line.
I couldn't help making fun of the fact Mantis believes training can happen anywhere.
