Description
I watched Aliens with my wife two days ago and the same fire that was lit up when i did the toy figure ignited again when i saw ripley go back for newt. so i took a still frame from teh movie and based my animation on it. i worked on it for about 6 hours and did a lot of work on the body portion, however i dont possess the skills for fluid leg movement so she is stiff from the waist down... but my argument for this is that she is firing the pulse rifle and the flame thrower, her legs are planted so that way she wont fall down lol. well i hope you all like because i spent a lot of time on it for it being a small project. also here is a clip of the old ripley[link]

update: 5-21-12
after a while seeing the background didnt really match the sprite i decided to have it redone in a background that didnt really clash with the sprite so much, so i mixed a background from alien 3 and avsp and came up with this one.
