Ratchet is to keep an eye on the little human until they are sure why the Matrix is reacting to her. To keep her entertained, they use a simulator room to recreate a princess tearoom with its own tea set. Maggie was having a ball. Ratchet... not so much.
I also picture Optimus entering the room and seeing the stiff doctor having tea in a pink setting. Optimus was able to leave the room like an officer. But as soon as he got to his room, he burst out laughing.
