DESCRIPTION
Quiver is a nervous wreck of a wyngling he was raised by rabbits when he hatched, later to be found by Alma and taken into the Nook. he was then adopted by Vicki (owned by Levatheshapeshifter ) and learnt how to speak but he still stutters.
