Description
A much overdue commission for the lovelyHere's her alien Doctor Who character drawn in Monster High style. I had too much fun with the Circular Gallifreyan writing. (And yes, it does actually say stuff. It's not just a bunch of random circles.) I tried to incorporate the two hearts thing into the clasps on her vest and on the cuffs of her jacket, if you look close.
