I love your elemantal stuff, another lotus. So pretty
The green definitely fits wind well, especially that hue. The reds you chose for the eyes, lips and cheeks contrast the greens well, just curious did you invert for them, they look almost perfectly complimentary. All the details like the little tatoos and the wrap for the dress are very cool, the way the dress unravels really lend to create a tempest like scene. I feel like her right arm has an odd twisting shape to it though which i cant quite account for even in motion, although I didnt check it in the mirror. Anyway, again nice work! Your faces are truly beautiful, everytime I see a new one shes always so compellingly lovely. Serious!

thanks kimmy. <3 my lotus girls are really just quick sketches that i fill in w/colors or line it up. it seems that i only succeed in female faces and my guys never look the same or they don't look at all (since i can't seem to draw them lately).
i alwayse add color after i tint lines in photoshop, so if they're almost perfect compliments, just call it a lucky accident? her arms were giving me problems.

I have the same problem with guys.... and girls, usually its hard for me to replicate a face, despite people always saying my girls look the same. To me, its so hard, its why I cant ever do a comic, the characters would never look like themselves from frame to frame! Arg... and no worries, I know these are fast arts from you, they are still very lovely.
Im always worried people dont want to hear just regular comments when I see adv critique, I get all nervous, but I hate not commenting on your arts they are usually inspiring!

in my cyan comic..XD;; AJ walked through a door..and his long sleeved button up became a short sleeve button up. XD;;
max walked through that same door..and he got a haircut..XDDDDD >____>;;
so i can't do it either..i must supersimplify to make them look the same..i think..the most constant character i've drawn to date that would resemble himself is hack....xD;; he's my one semi success :B

pshaw~ Yours will be (and already are) beautiful, you'll learn it fast you have a great talent (yes I know I believe in all the old cliches like talent). I think I feel kinda similar to you in the coloring way also... when I began I couldnt make myself clean my sketches up, so i found a way to simply merge sketch and color until they blended together. Thats how I do it still, just I make the sketches so light! Just dont leave your pretty graphite skills behind make sure to keep your pencil sharp!

the ribbon bits express wind nicely, even if you didn't have the hair blowing around as well! the greens make me think of cool winds. cool being what i could use some of right now *dies from start of summer*
the pink is a little distracting since its isolated, maybe more of it allover or less?
