My first Transformers Animated picture! This is a picture of teenage Sari with Bumblebee. I did it all in marker, ink, and pencil. I can't tell you how happy I am that the car turned out the way it did. I usually suck at drawing cars. I spent massive amounts of time using a ruler. I tried to keep Sari's outfit somewhat like her outfit on the show, color scheme and all. Anywayz, here's a little part of the story that goes along with this, which i may make a oneshot fanfic out of. And yes, that is a chin piercing and yes Ratchet screamed her stupid after she got it.

Sari Sumdac turned away in disgust from the sight of the old, worn, dirty steel building with the chain link fence surrounding it. Detroit High School. She crossed her arms stubbornly and refused to unbuckle her seatbelt as Bumblebee pulled into a parking space on the side of the road, near the basketball court where a group of normal average teenagers were playing a game before school started.

Sari was anything but normal. She'd grown up without normal human interaction, having always been taught by her tutor bot and her father Issac Sumdac. The kids in her neighborhood always called her weird and made fun of her. But who needed them anyway? Especially when she was friends with the Autobots. Bumblebee was her best friend and waited patiently for her to leave the passenger seat. When it was clear that she had no intention of doing so, Bumblebee spoke up.

"You know, you'll never make it to class from here." her friend joked. "I don't think your teacher would appreciate captain Fanzone's car making an appearance in the hallway."

Sari laughed at that and shook her head. "I'm just nervous Bumblebee thats all." She answered, undoing her seatbelt and stepping out of the car. She twirled the allspark key along her fingers out of habit and sat on the hood of the yellow car. "What if they don't like me?" She said softly, watching the game of basketball with disinterest. "What if it's like when I was a kid? And they call me weirdo?"

"Hey, I call you weirdo all the time and you never seem to mind that." Bumblebee pointed out and laughed as Sari kicked his bumper playfully. "Hey, I felt that!"

"Yeah, well you're different from all of them Bumblebee." Sari answered her friend. "You like me for who I am. I might not be so lucky here."

Bumblebee lurched forward slightly, causing Sari to almost fall off of his hood. "Well you'll never know if you don't give them a try girl." he pointed out. "Come on, what's the worst that could happen? At least you've still got me even if these other humans optics are too clouded to see what a brilliant totally awesome human you are."

Sari smiled and patted the hood of the car affectionately. "Thanks Bumblebee. You're the best."

"Hey what are best friends for?" Bumblebee replied. "Incoming projectile!"

Sari looked up just in time to see a basketball come hurtling forward at her. She caught it right before it would have hit her in the face.

A handsome teenage boy with a mop of curly light brown hair trotted up to her awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck. "Hey, my name's Daniel." He says, grinning a bit at Sari and wiping the sweat from his brow. "Do you wanna shoot some hoops before the morning bell rings?"

Sari spins the ball on the tip of her finger and smiles shyly. "Sure, and my name's Sari." She says, passing Daniel the ball and sliding off of Bumblebee's hood.

Bumblebee watched in silence as his best friend made her way to the basketball court with Daniel and was introduced to the other kids hanging around. "Pick you up after school Sari." The youngest Autobot said softly happy that she'd made some new friends, yet oddly lonely now that she was gone. He began rolling back to the Autobot garage base.
"Why do the protoforms have to grow up so fast?" he thought to himself.

Sari was busy chatting it up with her new friends when the bell rang. She glanced over her shoulder at the now empty parking space and realized that Bumblebee was gone. "See you after school." She said to the wind, then hurried on inside the schoolhouse.
