This kinda speaks to me. I may be over-analysing it ( i do that a LOT) but it seems as though with the title contrasting the image, you're exploring that beauty queens may not be truly beaitiful under the surface.
Then again, I might just be babbling on and annoying you, so I'll stop now.

thaha rad!, i mean yeah that's part of it but also that people prescribe too much importance on beauty in the first place.i find ugly beautiful.
