YAY!!
COLOR!!There are few things that need fixing... but i need me some critiques first!
Please dont get pissy about the Jolly Roger. I thought it fit the "punky" theme i was going for and the character.
I feed off of critiques and wrap them up in a burrito... with FIRE sauce!

Okay, this is a very awesome picture. I also like how you take nouns and add a "-y" at the end to make them adjectives, like punky or angsty.
Now for critique. Kiba is a favorite character of mine in the anime of Naruto, and I must say you make him look even better (though he hasn't had any lines since ever). I especially enjoy how you make Kishimoto's style fade into the background while your own personal style flourishes. It's obvious that it's not your character to those who don't know Naruto, yet if someone who didn't know that came about, they'd be astonished just as I am.
The afternoon setting is nice touch. It gives the picture that calmness that balances out the hardcore punk vibe from Kiba's outfit. One thing though that I don't like is the Gage-like earrings he has. They're not bad it's just that it's not my bag of tea (I just don't like them). That being said, it's not really a drawing thing, it's more like an opinion thing.
Well, yeah, so this is a very good picture (and this is a very bad sentence).
